The Manager, Corporate Equity Marketing reports to the Senior Director, Corporate Equity Marketing and is a key contributor to “go to market” creative development and media strategy/execution for Johnson & Johnson equity-building. Individual immediately has responsibility for setting marketing strategy around major sponsorships in conjunction with the Director of Sponsorships & Platforms and directs alignment to program briefs among multiple marketing and communications experts. This role will also help guide ongoing creative development and brand campaign execution for all integrated media campaigns. Individual in this position will drive alignment among broader business and communications disciplines to integrated marketing briefs and will be a key liaison with the Johnson & Johnson Consumer sector businesses, specifically the Johnson’s® and Band-Aid® brands.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy: Contribute to equity-building strategies and assumes responsibility for execution of Johnson & Johnson brand marketing campaigns. Develop strong marketing briefs to direct creative development and integrated marketing communications
Event Planning: Align multiple functions/agencies to an aligned brief and optimized “calendar” of equity-building activities
Sponsorships & Programs: Partner directly on marketing strategies and execution of priority Corporate sponsorships, most notably Global Citizen and (RED)
Brand Experiences: Build and execute total brand experiences that maximize stakeholder interaction with J&J
Innovation & Analytics: Leverage stakeholder insights and measurement data to monitor progress and identify new, innovative strategies and approaches
Liaison: Serve as a direct liaison with Consumer sector businesses (i.e. Johnson’s® and Band-Aid®) to ensure integration of Corporate Equity and business “go to market” strategies
A minimum of a BS/BA required; advanced degree (MBA) preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of integrated marketing experience is required.
Experience within Healthcare or consumer/ medical devices environment is preferred.
Strategic marketing background is essential.
Position requires proven accomplishments in strong creative development and marketing execution.
Position requires flexibility, agility and business maturity, with a proven ability to adapt to ever changing environments.
An ability to quickly understand multiple components of the J&J business and social impact work is necessary.
Position requires collaborative leadership with an ability to set strategic alignment, listen and act on feedback and lead a multi-disciplinary team to integrated marketing execution.
Approximately 10% travel is required.
