ASP supports healthcare facilities in the fight to protect patients against three primary sources of HAIs: medical devices, the environment and human contact. Our solutions include Terminal Sterilization, High-Level Disinfection and others.
Responsible for managing all technical service processes guaranteeing flawless execution according to customer's expectations and aligned with strategic objectives in SR (Including Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay, Ecuador). Manages customer expectations and ensures new requirements are embedded by required process changes before roll-out.
Together with Equipment Division leadership teams, develops strategy and key initiatives for the Technical Services organization in support of overall visión on Performs installation, periodic maintenance, repair and modification of equipment within assigned areas of responsibility. Is responsible to maintain all equipment and systems to attain designated product performance metrics and ensure customer satisfaction. Also, responsible for incorporating local strategies into regional Equipment Division strategy and initiatives thus ensuring that local market needs are met.
1)Defines goals, objectives, resources and budget for area of responsibility. Establishes mechanisms to review, follow up, and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in order to ensure that service and financial targets are met.
2)Responsible for presenting updates on Equipment Division key initiatives and results at Local Committees;
3)Ensures that Company's quality, legal, and regulatory requirements are being followed within the team and with distributors and outsource companies.
4)Interface effectively with Sales & Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Health Care Compliance, Supply Chain, Quality, IT, HR, and Finance to manage cross functional processes and resolve issues impacting areas of responsibility.
5)Responsible for People Management processes including selection, retention, motivation and people development. Identify high potentials and provide development opportunities ensuring exposure and visibility within the organization.
6)Supports sales partners efforts to attain business objectives.
7)Approves and controls expense reports under assigned scope.
1.Education level required: Bachelor degree in Engineering / Operations / Business, or related field.
2.Years of Experience: Minimum experience of 3 years on management roles.
3.Required experience: experience in multinational companies. Medical Devices experience is desirable. Experience of how to support preventive and corrective maintenance is required. Experience in technical support (management) of medical equipment. (desirable)
4.Language: English advance
5.25% - 30% of Travel percentage (national and interntional trips)
6.Location of the role: Buenos Aires, Argentina
Relocation and work permits: The Company will not be responsible for possible relocation expenses or work permits for this position.
