Regional Security Lead South Cone
To plan and execute local security strategies throughout the risk evaluation and mitigation in alignment with Global Security guidance, establishing policies and programs that assure safe working conditions for all the associates, while protecting assets. The main task of the position is to build up and to develop local security strategies through the risk management in alignment with directions from Global Security, establishing policies, programs and procedures that allow providing safe working conditions for the employees, protecting the assets and contributing to the continuity and growth of the business. The RSL for the South Cone position reports directly to the Regional Managing Director.
1.To design and execute standardized strategies, policies, procedures and security programs to the Operating Companies and Business Units in alignment with guidance from Global Security to protect the employees and assets.
2.To provide support that identifies significant security risks, designs and recommends strategies and programs to prevent and reduce loss of the organization's assets.
3.To develop and implement Regional policies and programs for the Operating Companies in alignment with Global Security to respond to financial losses, crimes against persons, sabotage, threats, emergency situations, illegal acts.
4.To identify “Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats” within the region, that allow the CSM to develop and to implement security programs that contribute to mitigate risks.
5.To provide evaluated security information to the Operating Companies and Business Units that contributes to reaching the business goals for the Company.
6.In coordination with Global Security, to implement the Travel Security Program for employees and visitors.
7.To develop Meeting Security Programs for Annual Sales Conventions and external meetings to ensure the safety of the participants and to protect Johnson & Johnson assets.
8.To keep a proper evaluation and selection process for guard services that allows the Company to have the best security providers, through a continued monitoring of services.
9.To apply the Credo Philosophy in all security-related activities.
10.To participate in the Local Crisis Management Team, coordinating, training for managing crises (BCP, table top exercises, etc.), and communications across local affiliates during actual events.
11.To investigate and apply new methods, technologies and techniques to assure all security services are provided in an efficient manner.
12.In coordination with Global Security to investigate security-related cases.
13.To maintain contact with the local law enforcement agencies and external security committees.
14.To support Supply Chain business partners in the manufacture, transportation, distribution and storage of Johnson & Johnson products and raw materials to ensure security standards are implemented.
1.To present an Annual Security Plan in alignment with the Global Security Objectives.
2.To supervise the selection process for security guards (including experience, legal requirements, background checks and drugs screening).
3.To participate in the BCP implementation, evaluation and training.
4.To conduct a Security Assessment for the residences of Business Units leaders and provide security recommendations.
5.To implement and conduct Background Checks Program for employees and contractors in alignment with corporate guidance and local laws.
6.To develop and maintain a Security culture among the employees and contractors and conduct internal security surveys and utilizes results to improve processes and procedures for security services in the region.
7.To develop and conclude investigations related to thefts, suspicious counterfeited products, following Global Security guidance and making the registration of the incident in the Perspective database.
8.To coordinate the Annual Security Training Program for drivers, escorts and security guards, according to the business needs.
9.To conduct internal security surveys to receive feedback from the different departments and functional areas to revise the provided services satisfactorily to the clients’ expectations and to leverage the fulfillment of strategic objectives.
10.To keep permanent contact with local law enforcement agencies and external security committees.
1)Education: Graduated of Business Administration, Forensic Sciences, Law or related field. Security Management/ MBA (is a plus)
2)Experience: 5-8 years in security-related positions with experience in conducting investigations in private organizations.
3)Other desire programs: ASIS Member (desired); CPP – PSP - PCI (is a plus)
4)English level: advance
5)Availability to travel: 30% of the time
6)Main place of performance: Pilar, Argentina
