2. Job Purpose

The Professional Education Analyst Sr.’s primary role is to expand the reach of Professional support within Brazil. This will be achieved by:
➢ Optimising customers’ and key influencers’ awareness of the clinical benefits of Johnson & Johnson Vision Care’s (JJVC’s) products involving both national accounts and independent practices.
➢ Teaching ECPs how to communicate and fit new JJVC products, using a benefit driven strategy.
➢ Engage KOL’s to expand the CL sector in Brazil
➢ Support generic educational initiatives to increase knowledge and confidence in contact lens prescribing and fitting.
➢ To understand the interaction between Sales, Marketing and National Accounts.
➢ To understand the professional and clinical support needed by national accounts and key independent customers.
➢ To understand clinical and performance differences between JJVC products and key competitor products.
➢ To keep up to date with the latest research and advancements within vision care correction.
➢ Deliver strategic information to the Brazilian Sr. Professional ED. Manager in scientific based activities.
➢ Support practice visits and peer-to-peer recommendation initiative.
➢ Participate in JJVC involvement in Technical conferences across Brazil and LATAM region and also support associations meetings and Customer Focus meetings where appropriate.
➢ Participate in regular dialogue with ECPs designed to help support them and gather their views.
➢ Leverage J&J Institute (JJI) facility with accounts.
➢ Key Metrics that will be used to measure success:
o Professional support and contact quality from targeted accounts
o Increase of knowledge and confidence of ECPs to prescribe following educational initiatives

This position is intended to increase professional, clinical and technical support to the sales organization when visiting customers, as well as increasing educational and business support to customers. Specifically, to allow a more proactive presence at key account meetings and provide clinical expertise when required. Additionally, the Consultant would also visit and actively support independent accounts.

6. knowledge / Experience / Skills required
· Health Professional with background in Ophthalmology sector.
· Minimum 1-2y experience in contact lens practice (understand clinical research including trial design and implementation), analytical skills and statistical knowledge.
· Intellectual curiosity, analytical skills, strategic acumen.
· Integrity, self-awareness and adaptability.
· Fluency in Portuguese and very good in English (oral, written, read).
· Demonstrable experience of working successfully in a team.
· Very good interpersonal and presentation skills.
· High verbal and written communication skills.
· Computer skills including Powerpoint, Word and Excel.

· Experience of delivering training.
