Do you have a background in business and a real passion for innovation?
Our Consumer Health Sales Division is looking for driven and determined individuals to join our Sales Leadership Development Program (SLDP), located in Markham, Ontario.
This is a full time new graduate position, with a 2-year rotational program, which will get your career off to a fast start. You will work in a variety of positions within the sales function through two placements including:
- Revenue Growth Management & Analytics
- Category Solutions
- Customer Development
As a member of the program, you will be assigned to either a customer or a category. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders, build your expertise and leadership skills while making a real impact on iconic J&J brands.

- Completed or graduating from an MBA or Masters degree preferred
- 3-6 months of previous CPG Internship experience is highly preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to bring out the best in others
- Strategy and data are at the core of everything we do, so strong critical thinking and analytical skills are required
- Must be authorized to work in Canada without the need of sponsorship now or in the future
