The Biotherapeutics Analytical Development group is seeking an Associate Scientist to support software configurations, automated data calculations and validation.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Perform validations of templates used for microplate data acquisition and analysis.
• Lead template verification strategy to ensure efficiencies and data integrity.
• Collaborate closely with scientists to gather requirements to build global templates used in clinical and commercial settings.
• Develop master data and harmonization strategies aligned with commercial labs.
• Develop electronic templates for assay execution using recipe-based approaches and standards.
• Ensure GXP-compliance and data integrity in analytical data systems and processes.
• Manage relationships with vendors and IT for key laboratory data systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Pharmacology or other relative scientific field, with at least 2 years of industry experience or an MS with at least 1 year of experience is required
• Experience with GXP compliance is required
• Experience with Softmax Pro is preferred
• Experience with data management, Lab Information Management Systems preferred
• Excellent organizational & planning skills, and must be detail-oriented and adept with calculations
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel are required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
