Position Description:
For our Vision Care division we are recruiting is recruiting for the best Talent for General Manager South Hub, located in Buenos Aires, Argentina. 

Position Summary: 
This position develops and implements the regional business plans of Southern Cone-region (Argentina, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay) which will deliver the business objectives outlined in J&J Vision Care’s OGSM (Objectives, Goals, Strategies, Measures) through the overall management of all sales & marketing activities. The position holder is responsible managing the P&L according to plan and ensures that all activities are carried out in compliance with local regulations and HCC requirements. The position holder has a direct line responsibility for all sales & marketing functions in the region and a cross functional indirect responsibility for all functions (finance, supply chain, IT, prof. education, etc ) supporting the business.The South Hub cluster represents approx. 25% of total J&J Vision Care’s NTS in Latin America.

Major activities:  Drive business growth and profitability and ensure financial targets given by the annual business plans are consistently met. Develop & execute the strategy for the region managing long- & short term business outcomes. Ensure an effective management of the business by monitoring business performance against targets and enable the early identification of opportunities and risks. Develop the organizational capabilities and the talents for growth and build a robust talent pipeline for Vision Care. Guarantee that all activities of the region are run compliantly according to HCC, regulatory & legal guidelines. 

Successful track in a sales and marketing organization, proven people management skills, able to develop and execute a strategy, sound financial background managing a P&L, capable working in a complex environment and able to build relationships and strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
