Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly health & welfare and defined benefit administration processes of the Company’s outsourced service administrators across North America. This includes ensuring services are provided in accordance with Plan requirements, and the research and review of any potential service delivery issues or concerns with internal and external business partners. 
Review, update, and document processes for the Company’s benefits programs across North America.
Partner with the internal and external business partners responsible for the Company’s benefits programs and services to assist in ensuring that associated processes are managed and delivered according to the Plan’s programs requirements and contract terms. 
Handle complex and/or confidential inquiries/requests. 
Assist in the development, review and updating of benefit program documentation. (e.g., Standard Operating Procedures, Process Flows, Summary Plan Descriptions, etc.), to ensure complete, accurate, and up-to-date depiction of benefit plans, programs and processes.
Support major projects such as acquisitions, divestitures, or restructuring related to benefits programs/processes. 
Keep apprised of all federal, state and local benefit impacting laws and regulations to ensure compliance of all applicable benefit plans, programs and administrative processes.
Assist with Annual Enrollment and/or Special Enrollment activities with Third Party administrators and vendors.
Maintain positive partnerships with plan providers, consultants, and other external resources as well as with internal business partners. 
Assist with the implementation of designated third-party programs, products and/or services.
Perform other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working in a Compensation, Benefits and/or HR/Business Operations capacity with strong analytical focus is required (preferably with defined benefits administration experience).
Candidate must have a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, exceptional teaming and collaboration skills. 
Proficient verbal and written communication skills in order to communicate with customers, peers, and vendors required.
Excellent research and quantitative business skills are required. 
Proven experience working in a complex, matrixed environment is preferred, as majority of clients will not be located onsite. 
Experience with Microsoft Office suite of software products required; Workday, SalesForce, database and HRIS systems and reporting tools is preferred. 
Fluent in both English and Spanish is preferred.
This position has a primary location in Tampa, FL with up to 5% of domestic travel as needed.
