Johnson & Johnson Consumer, Inc, a member of Johnson & Johnson’s Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for an eCommerce Customer Development Manager for Pharmapacks to be based out of Skillman, NJ.  


Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and grow strategic partnership with Pharmapacks
  • Take ownership to execute, maintain, and grow online presence of J&J with Pharmapacks – including flawless execution of digital 4P strategies and tactics
  • Responsible for digital shelf in partnership with the customer to win SEO across platforms fulfilled by Pharmapacks
  • Support search strategies that drive demand and execute SEM/SEO tactics that result in optimal conversion growth online
  • Shape and deliver measurement and analysis of business performance, category and competitive insights
  • Influence decision making with internal partners to help shape and execute Amazon 3P tactics needed to accomplish key goals, objectives and sales targets
  • Partner closely with Amazon 1P direct team to coordinate strategies holistically across the Amazon platform, owning execution of 3P strategies with Pharmapacks across the total J&J consumer portfolio
  • Lead efforts to deliver necessary capabilities required to win online with multiple J&J partners including supply chain, R&D, marketing, and customer strategy
  • Responsible for managing trade and search investments to grow J&J’s business efficiently
  • Accountable to deliver online marketplace sales/growth targets for Pharmapacks while partnering closely with other eCommerce team members
  • Lead strategy and activation of new channel expansion across third party marketplace
  • Responsible for providing insights to deliver new go to market and investment models to step change growth opportunities with this emerging channel
  • Be the voice of third-party marketplace strategies to influence what it takes to win with internal J&J partners to influence eCommerce strategies driving tangible outcomes for the channel


  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • A minimum of 8 years of marketing or sales experience is required
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Proven ability to negotiate successfully with both external and internal partners
  • Proficient computer skills, including web applications, MS Office and sales database applications
  • This role will be located in Skillman, NJ and require up to 25% travel
  • Consumer Products Company experience
  • Prior experience within Marketing
  • The ability to work in a cross functional, matrix environment
  • The ability to prioritize and lead multiple priorities successfully
  • The ability to navigate through rapid change and high levels of ambiguity
