[Job Responsibilities]

  • Perform daily field work
  • Provide updated and timely scientific information of company products to all customer in file
  • Establish and continuously maintain solid relationship with the local key opinion leaders
  • Provide timely feedback on competition activities and environmental changes
  • Execute promotional activities in compliance with local regulations and Company policies
  • Develop new accounts, customers to maximize territory business
  • Perform hospital listing to ensure new launch success in his/her territory
  • Develop and execute account plan, territory plan to optimize business opportunity
  • Support hospital SIP & NHI prior approval Process of rare disease in hospital basis
  • Support initial Pricing communication with hospital contact window and further follow up, if any
  • Monitor daily sales reports and monthly sales forecast, and prepare reports of deviations
  • Measure and report new patient enrolment and stopping therapy on a regular basis
  • Other related sales tasks as assigned base on business requirement

[Job Requirements/Qualifications] 

  • Bachelor degree in pharmacy or equivalent qualifications in life science preferred
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience in highly specialized products in pharmaceutical or healthcare related industry
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry sales processes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High motivational and persuasion skills
  • Proven success in building and maintaining strong professional relationships with KOL
  • Proven record in sales performance
  • Demonstrated Key Account Management ability
  • Team orientation
