  • The Digital Analytics Manager will be part of the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Customer Interaction Analytics and will be paramount for Janssen to evolve from solid digital data monitoring towards fully and holistically leveraging the insights that can be generated with increasing digital touchpoints and a more mature digital infrastructure. 
  • He/she will support the Customer Interaction Excellence teams and partner with EMEA Multichannel experts to build an aligned digital monitoring and insight generation methodology for core initiatives in the area of Customer Interaction Excellence. He/she will be crucial to guide the organization towards insight-driven, competitive multichannel customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Enables the evolution towards a mature multichannel and data-driven organization by top-of-line digital analytics approaches and solutions
  • Partners with critical EMEA and country stakeholders to identify best practices in this area (internal/external) and align on an ambition and roadmap
  • Leverages the full potential of integrated data sources and systems to move from digital asset monitoring over customer journey analytics towards marketing automation
  • Works with technical teams and business process owners at EMEA to ensure the readiness of our multichannel ecosystem and of our technical infrastructure to deliver according to the defined roadmap
  • Develops communication and deployment plan and ensure on-time and in-budget delivery
  • Generates standard digital analytics together with a network of critical stakeholders that can be leveraged throughout the analytics community and directly by commercial roles to better customize towards customer needs
  • Supports selected key projects/ workstreams for Customer Interaction Excellence networks as a digital analytics-expert and ensures on-time and high-quality delivery – in line with critical business needs and in respect of compliance
  • Transfers knowledge to the organization order to help business partners accomplish fact-based decision making and have a deeper understanding of the available information and reports
  • Will ensure full compliance with company and market regulations and processes of all Business Intelligence activities in collaboration with the Head of Compliance, with HCBI, PV and Legal partners in the organization.



  • Bachelors or masters degree in a related field with strong academic performance with analytic and quantitative coursework is required (economics/econometrics, engineering, operations research, applied mathematics, statistics)
  • Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, core business questions and related data sets
  • Expert in Digital/ Multichannel Analytics with 5+ years of experience working in a digital/marketing/multichannel analytics role (a track record of customer journey analytics and/ or marketing automation solution is a plus)
  • Expert in the potential of internal CRM data and external digital analytics sources (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Experience with API feeds and data ingestion across digital channels
  • Very strong Analytical skills with the ability to translate into insights for business action

Primary Location

  • Centrally in Europe. Will involve international travel with virtual team and network in EMEA
