Partners with the Human Resources generalist and managers to accomplish staffing level goals for a select group of positions.
Primary responsibilities will be sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates. Develops sources of qualified applicants.
Reviews and evaluates applications for work history, education and training, salary desired, other skills and abilities to determine qualification for employment; conducts interviews, administers tests, checks references and background.
Informs applicants about job duties, responsibilities, pay, benefits, hours, working conditions, company policies, and other related information.
Works with management to confirm candidate selection and salary.
Makes offer to selected applicant and serves as the interface to offer acceptance.
Participates in recruitment and selection projects and recommends changes to the process to increase attraction and retention of highly qualified applicants.
Complies with local government regulations by administering employment practices within standard operating procedures.
Participates in the development and implementation of cost effective recruiting programs including but not limited to advertising and career fairs to fill open positions.
Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results in a cooperative and supportive manner.
Develops relationships with referral agencies to identify qualified candidates.
•Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration Management or related major;
•2+ years in various HR functions, especially in recruitment;
•Excellent sourcing skill, especially direct sourcing capability;
•Counseling, interpersonal, and communication skills required;
•Fluent oral and written English
