Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Finance Manager position in the Regional Treasury Service Center for Latin America, located in São Paulo/Brazil.

We are responsible for providing financial and treasury services to the Latin America region! Together with the team, you will perform cash management activities, ensuring daily liquidity for affiliates while also exploring opportunities over capital structure, integrations and divestitures, internal and external funding, investments and debt decisions and exposure management.

We’re looking for a multifaceted and engaging Finance Manager able to manage a team of Senior analysts and connecting with various Senior leaders from the organization. You will be responsible to lead a diverse team and forge positive relationships while building and maintaining positive relationships with Business Partners, both inside and outside of finance!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash management and daily liquidity.
  • Explore and lead funding, debt and investment decisions.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and informative financial analysis to stakeholders helping to proactively identify risks & opportunities, understand & manage exposure in volatile markets.
  • Develop strong business partnerships with cross-functional areas and influence strategy to support the business to delivery financial commitments,
  • Support ad hoc projects, processes, and requests as required, pro-actively help to identify areas of opportunities and risks.
  • Talent mentorship and coaching.


Education and Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Finance or Economics.
  • Minimum 5 years of meaningful work experience
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep knowledge of finance and accounting principles
  • Ability to bring clarity to sophisticated business issues, with proven success in managing complex projects & processes.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail, while at the same time ability to frame bigger picture
  • Strong technical and excel skills
  • This role is located in São Paulo, Brazil and may require up to 10% travel.
