Spannende Aufgaben warten auf Sie:
- Durchführung von Servicetätigkeiten, Reinigung und Dekontamination von Impella Controllern
- Buchungen im SAP System sowie Dokumentation aller erbrachten Leistungen
- Funktionstests an unseren Service-Leihgeräten (Impella Controller)
- Vollständige Überprüfung des Serviceverlaufs für jede Konsole vor der Wartung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Serviceteam als auch Schnittstellenmanagement zu weiteren Abteilungen
- Einhaltung von regulatorischen Standards durch konsequente Umsetzung von SOPs, Prozessen und Verfahren
Qualifiche
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im technischen Bereich, idealerweise mit einem elektronischen Hintergrund
- Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
- Organisationstalent mit Fähigkeit abteilungsübergreifend zu arbeiten
- Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Genauigkeit und Sorgfalt bei der Einhaltung von unseren Standards
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowohl in Englisch als auch auf Deutsch
- Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office sowie SAP
