Position Summary The Director, EndoMech & Energy Supply Chain SI&D Leader will be accountable for shaping, developing, deploying Global Supply Chain Strategy, developing Transformational Initiatives, as well as elevating Business Excellence capabilities across internal manufacturing site and critical external partners to enable profitable growth with resiliency and future-ready skills. This role will support the Global EndoMech & Energy Supply Chain portfolio with additional responsibility to drive China 2030 Strategy across total Ethicon. |

Drive overall EM&E E2E Supply Chain Strategy development and deployment. Shaping and initiating transformational initiatives and provide governance on E2E execution. Partner with finance to lead Business Plan and LRFP cycles. |

Lead overall Ethicon Supply Chain efforts as well as EM&E specific initiatives to enable China 2030 Strategy/Market Access opportunities with close partnership of Global, Regional and Market stakeholders and x-functional teams. |

Lead and provide guidance to EM&E Business Excellence site leader on BEx strategic priorities, ensure overall accountability of site master plan/space management, drive continuous improvement through LEAN, Six Sigma, deliver value capture plan with uplifted digital capability. Partner with Source/Reliability leaders to elevate BEx capability in priority suppliers and improve resiliency/efficiency. |

Build and develop a diverse and high-performance team with elevated capabilities that are future-ready (e.g., Digital). Partner with multiple supply chain functions, Franchise & Supply Chain LT, and other internal and external stakeholders where applicable. |
