The Manager, AA Digital Engagement within the  Customer AI Products and Strategy (CAPS)  team will play a key role in driving the evolution of our business to meet evolving customer needs and improve customer experience. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of digital marketing channels, is a self-starter, and can adjust quickly to changing needs and priorities. This role will have a significant impact on decision-making at senior levels, identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth, share growth, and improve our commercial model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with partners across AI Product, Marketing, Sales and Omni Channel Engagement to incorporate market research, brand strategy, and competitive intelligence into Advanced Analytics products.
  • Collaborate with marketing team, Media Excellence, and Omni Channel Engagement teams to craft media investment strategy based on output from predictive models.
  • Oversee critical processes and resources that drive digital AI products in Neuroscience and Cardiovascular Metabolic. This includes maintaining input files and constraints, managing contracted resources, prioritize product enhancements and coordinate implementation of process improvements, and conduct quality-checks on outputs.
  • Lead analyses and insights of A/B testing to determine impact of Digital AI products on marketing campaigns, promotional channels, or content.
  • Uncover “critical moments” along a customer's journey for marketing intervention using common sources of consumer and census data.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience in marketing, finance, analytics, management consulting or related field is required
  • A minimum of a Bachelor Degree is required, Master Degree preferred.
  • Intellectual curiosity and passion to learn new things!
  • Demonstrated understanding of omnichannel marketing required.
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance across channels (e.g. streaming, display, email, web) using tools like Google analytics, Veeva, and Salesforce and communicating results & recommendations to improve impact required.
  • Proficient understanding of predictive models and demonstrated ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences required.
  • Experience advising optimal marketing investment to improve returns across different promotional channels is required.
  • Skilled in data extraction and summarization from large datasets using SQL and basic statistical analysis using preferred languages (i.e., Python, SQL, R) required
  • Expert knowledge of advanced statistical & ML techniques and concepts (model selection and hypothesis testing, statistical inference, promotional response modeling etc.) and experience with real-world applications is preferred.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), C360, or other pharmaceutical marketing partnership platforms (e.g., PROACT) is a nice to have.
  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry highly preferred

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $113,000 to $195,500 USD.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

    • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
