R&D Finance FP&A

Innovative Medicine Research and Development (IMR&D) is recruiting for a Financial Analyst (SFA) position supporting OUS FP&A finance within R&D Finance group.

We seek to transform patients' lives by discovering and developing innovative solutions to address the most important medical needs of our time. Within the Innovative Medicine R&D Finance organization, the Financial Planning & Analysis team is the Global Center of Excellence for financial expertise.

The person will provide financial leadership for JRD OUS MRCs, lead financial reporting, budgeting processes. Drive value creation through collaboration with Tax. Working closely with partners from various finance team.

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

·       Providing financial leadership for R&D management reporting companies in the UK, Ireland and Netherlands

·       Lead monthly/Quarterly closing activities, Bravo submission for Actual and Budget cycle. CFIN closing packages and Bravo express activities and Tax one source submission.

·       Liaison between JBS team & GS team, Tax planning and CTC team, PWC, GAA and JRD Finance team

·       Lead and coordinate UK Statutory adjustment process and Internal/External audit requirements.

·       Ensure that the principles and elements of the Credo, J&J business policies, Healthcare Compliance, Regulatory, GAAP, and Sarbanes Oxley are adhered to all aspects of the job responsibilities.

·       Ad Hoc related projects

·       A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required

·       Proven financial, analytical, and digital skills with focus on results

·       Strong communication skills

·       Flexible, pro-active, and able to work under tight deadlines

·       Experience with SAP is preferred, strong Microsoft Excel skills are required

·       Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English

·       Self-motivated and keen to grow and develop

·       A passion to drive innovative solutions

·       proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
