Role Summary

Play a key role in defining marketing strategy of products under responsibility in order to meet company targets and enhance Market domination, preparing marketing plans and managing all activities and investments required for successful execution.

Relations out of Company: EMEA, Opinion Leaders, Physicians, Pharmacists, Agencies, Leaders of Patient Associations

Key Accountabilities

1.      Supports analysis of the market and competitors, conducting market research, reviewing international marketing plans, preparition of annual marketing plan in order to determine effective marketing and promotion strategies for the products under responsibility in line with the needs of market and customers.

2.      Prepares periodic sales & budget reports to support efficient resource management.

3.      Ensures completion of tasks with accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.

4.      Collaborates effectivey with the agencies to prepare promotional materials to support the brand strategy in close collaboration with related functions and in compliance with rules / regulations.

5.      Builds effective relations with KOLs(Key Opinion Leader) and internal / external stakeholders.

6.      Develops projects and monitors the implementation of product strategies in the field;

·        Makes field visits to determine the market requirements;

·        Ensures that the field is aware of market strategies and product(s) targets.

7.      Organises strategic training programs for sales team.

8.      Shares the experiences and collaborates with cross functional teams.Oversees the development & execution of local product strategies in line with EMEA/Global product strategies. Secures the alignment of EMEA strategic goals with the local ones.

9.      Searches and develops effective and creative ideas to serve the long-term growth targets by contributing the development atmosphere and innovative approach of the company.Identifies and evaluates growth opportunities for the products and defines LLCM strategies.

10.   Engages in self-development to obtain and create better and more effective business results which would serve the long-term growth targets by contributing the development atmosphere and innovative approach of the company.

11.   Ensures and all revelant brand activities be compliant;

·        Ensuring safety reporting requirements (timely AE -Advers Events/PQC Quality-Compliance reporting) as set out in company policies and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are met and appropriately managed when planning projects, developing materials, executing projects and contracting vendors

    • Ensuring inspection readiness with respect to personal training compliance, and availability of a recent CV and individualised Job Description

Kualifikasi

Experience Required:

·        University Graduate (Pharmaceutics, Medical, Business Administration, Engineering etc.)

·        1-3 years experience in an international company, (Healthcare or Life Sciences company experience preffered)

·        Ability to build relationships and work in the project team, trust and influence with internal members and other key stakeholders

·        Effective presentation skill

·        Good English command

·        Good knowledge in Ms Office (especially excel, power point)

·

·        Strong communication skill
