We are excited to offer an outstanding opportunity to join our team as the Global CMDB & Discovery Product Manager. We are seeking a versatile and transformative individual who is passionate about crafting the future of our Configuration Management System (CMS) supporting our company's ever-evolving technology needs.

As the Product Manager, you will have a pivotal role in defining, maintaining, and driving strategic roadmaps for our enterprise CMDB and ServiceNow Discovery products. You will continue to raise the profile and perception of the CMDB with Configuration Item owners across the enterprise. Your leadership and expertise will guide a team of five employees working closely with our Data Architect and ServiceNow Platform Engineering Team.

We have a well established CMDB with a current implementation of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM). We will soon be launching the 'Service Mapping' capability across our business critical applications. Your leadership coupled with application and infrastructure experience, will be instrumental in driving realization of business value for Johnson & Johnson.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the enterprise Configuration Management practice, ensuring CMDB data integrity and owning continual service improvements
  • Ownership of the Product backlogs, prioritizing tasks based on value
  • Establish positive relationships with key team members across our company to understand demands related to Configuration Management related products and deliver accordingly (e.g., business and technical)
  • Provide leadership to a team of Product Owners and managed-service development team, driving business value
  • Collaborate and partner closely with Service Management Organization (SMO) to achieve business results
  • Represent the Configuration Management practice to support audit and other regulatory events and processes

Kualifikasi

Education:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience working within Configuration Management/CMDB
  • Expertise with ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Discovery and ITAM.
  • Understanding and experience with ServiceNow CSDM
  • Experience within the IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and standard methodologies
  • Experience with managing validated systems (GxP / SoX)
  • Experienced People Leader
  • Ability to influence decision making and work effort outside of formal reporting relationships
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, to engage, build credibility, and maintain positive relationships with peers and business partners
  • Confirmed proficiency as a liaison between technical and non-technical resources for tactical and strategic perspectives
  • Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills with proficiency
  • Ability to lead multiple, high, & challenging priorities in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment

Preferred:

  • ITIL4 Certification
  • ServiceNow Certifications

Other:

  • Travel domestic/international opportunities 10%
  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is $118,000- $203,550
