§Support audit and LE separation workstream on current A&D projects.
§Deliver operational excellence on SLAs via the new process / experience-based model.
§Population of quarterly registers and ERP extracts, FLUX commentary and template review.
§Closely cooperate with External audit, provide sample evidence and support on audit queries.
§Fully observing Compliance, Internal Audit & SOX requirements.
§Explore and promote automation within current processes and implement solutions.
§Drive further standardization.
§Share knowledge and responsibilities with more junior colleagues, provide leadership through the projects. Serve as a role model / mentor to them.
§Independently execute assigned projects and regularly report to project lead.
§Perform timely closing activities as per J&J closing calendar and in accordance with Transition Service Agreement (TSA) commitments.
§Ensure accuracy and prepare appropriate substantiation of BS reconciliations of A&D accounts;
§Review and analyze monthly TSA financial reports,
§Deliver TSA exit activities - deal accounting, BS and P&L review, and support post TSA exit tasks.
§Drive divestiture audit data transformation and reconciliation items resolution, technical issues and sound D&A related advice and support.
§Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
§Minimum Bachelor degree in Finance/Economics
§Minimum 5 years working experience in finance
§Advanced accounting & finance knowledge
§Strong operational & accounting acumen of GS finance processes (A2R, I2C, R2P, Compliance)
§Understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet
§Experience in manageing complex initiaves in matrix organizations
§Project Leadership experience is a plus
§Persistant/commited and able to work under time pressure, drive actions
§Organized/goal and time oriented and output driven and ability to set priorities
§Good communication and presentation skills
