[Summary]
This position is responsible for reviewing and providing financial and business analysis and supporting the business through generating financial solutions in the areas of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, investments and consolidations. This position reports to FP&A manager, Korea MedTech.
[Responsibilities]
1. Reviews activities associated with the annual business planning process and quarterly updates to ensure that BU financial targets are met
2. Provides planning support and financial expertise for business decisions
3. Consults with BU leads to facilitate completion of business planning action items
4. Provides sound financial analysis of cases for new business opportunities that exist at Local level (key accounts; new commercial policies; distribution channels; specific Capital Investments; etc.)
5. Assists BU define customer segmentation & by channel pricing strategy
6. Provides training and guidance to BU on finance basics and operation procedures
7. Builds interdependent partnership with all functional business partners
8. Establishes Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with all local government and company regulations, policies and procedures for health, safety and environmental compliance
9. Proactively takes responsibility for personal development
10. Collaborates with other finance organizations including region FP&A team and Global Services to prepare and submit plans and updates
[Requirements]
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting.
- Minimum 10 years total finance professional experience with minimum 5 years in FP&A.
- Ability to bring clarity to complex business issues and deliver success in managing complex projects & processes in a timely manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with ability to confidently present complex information to all levels of the organization
- Strong collaboration, people management, resilience, influencing & change management skills
- Finance/Accounting Professional certificates or master’s degrees in the relevant areas.
