 Senior Finance Manager MedTech Price, Inventory & Cost CoE

The JJMD Supply Chain organization is recruiting for Senior Finance Manager role to be based in Zug, Switzerland.

The senior manager role will be responsible for a team across multiple location (PR & CH) that has final ownership, and runs specific portions of principal activities, across multiple Management Reporting Companies (MRC). As part of the MedTech PIC CoE the team will collaborate across SC Finance areas like transfer pricing, intercompany profit, currency risk management, inventory management, etc. Finally, this function will play a critical role to drive team engagement and focus throughout a multi-year change journey as we roll out a new system environment and adopt new digital & automated functionalities to support our business.

Scope of the Role:

Core responsibilities include:

  • E2E ownership (Act, Plan & BvA) on Principal activities (IC transactions, hosting model, project & department spend, etc) for multiple MRCs with focus on:

    • Stabilizing newly created Cilag MedTech setup with manual GL solution on SAP P01

    • Driving process efficiencies across Cilag MedTech (CH) & Ethicon LLC (PR)

    • Evaluate opportunities & drive integration of stabilized processes into J&J 3-tier model

  • Connectivity with Cilag & LEGO project leads to ensure:

    • Alignment on roadmap of system & business integration

    • Capabilities & resource availability to adopt to these changes

    • Smooth integration in “base” business post project release stages

  • Develop a principal governance structure for Cilag MedTech

    • Enable business model execution within J&J network

    • Build out a knowledge center on financial & physical flows

    • Collect & maintain formal documentation on business reviews & critical decisions

  • Co-lead change journey enabling business readiness to:

    • Adopt new system landscape coming from Transcend & Transact projects

    • Integrate new business models & initiatives

Compliance:

  • Close collaboration with compliance officer for Cilag MedTech

  • Strong engagement with Puerto Rico team to support annual SOX & PWC certifications

  • Ensure strong internal controls are in place and drive compliance ethos across team

Leadership and People Management:

  • Lead team of overall 10+ across multiple locations & time zones (CH & PR)

  • Attract, develop and retain a successful, motivated and diverse Credo-based team

  • Develop succession plans for and support the career development of the team 

  • Ensure effective performance management & accountability within team

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Finance & Economics

  • 7+ years finance/accounting experience, including business planning, reporting, and analysis

  • Proficient with ERPs and reporting systems (SAP, TM1)

  • Strong analytical skills with a deep knowledge of finance and accounting principle

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - collaborating, influencing & framing effectively across all levels of management

  • An intrinsic calling to challenge the status quo and drive process improvements

  • Ability to multi-task, work through ambiguity, deliver and thrive in a fast-paced work environment

  • Consistent track record of people management & talent development 

  • Ability to independently lead a multi-national team across geographic boundaries

  • Knowledge of J&J Worldwide Procedures, Internal Control Handbook, Bravo reporting are an advantage
