We are seeking a motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our IAM team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our products. We work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Engineering, Architecture, and business customers, to deliver high-quality IAM solutions that meet our workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external partners to gather insights, technical requirements, and product feedback.
- Prioritization: Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features are delivered promptly.
- Agile Methodology: Work within agile frameworks to facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Shape and prioritize backlog, applying business expertise and understanding of customer needs, translate requirements into user stories & acceptance criteria. Interact with other Squads within the Product / Platform as part of synchronization ceremonies to implement cross-squad tasks
- Performance Metrics: Define and supervise critical metrics to measure product success and craft future deliverables.
- Collaborate to ensure all squad members and partners are clear on product roadmap activities, design, interdependencies, and timelines
- Actively participate in all squad ceremonies; lead and optimize the flow of value using various tools and reporting cadence
Qualifications
Education:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience including applicable certifications in Product Ownership (Product Owner, Scrum Master)
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- 5+ years demonstrating increased scope and responsibility of product management/ownership
- Proficient in: Agile Methodology, Jira, Confluence, Kanban, and MS Office products
Preferred:
- Requirement gathering and story writing
- Leading through influence
- Understanding of IAM, Directory and Authentication subject areas
Other:
- Occasional off hours support for distributed team
- 10% travel (predominately domestic)
Additional Information:
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $207,000.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. ·

- Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
