Serves as an entry to developing individual contributor, who works under close supervision. Performs end-to-end activities specific to AP/AR process according to aligned procedures. Helps implement and execute projects, programs, and processes in support of the organization's overall AP/AR strategy. Applies theoretical knowledge of the AP/AR field to carry out procedures and plans for financial transaction and record management.
J&J started a strategic collaboration with Jabil in 2018. This role supports a business unit that is responsible for the financial governance of finished goods pricing, purchase order mismatch remediation and supply point variance reporting within DePuy Synthes Supply Chain (>32k SKUs, 11 sites $900MM annual COGS). The individual taking this role will join a diverse team that is passionate about providing accurate, timely and meaningful financial analysis and support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finished Goods pricing updates (Annual, In-year, New Product Addendum)
- Purchase Order mismatch remediation
- Supply Point Variance reporting
- Fixed-cost recovery and purchase price variance analysis
- Month-end activities (accruals, reversals, final journal entries, BS reconciliations)
- Actual vs Budget reporting (bailment- and rent income, depreciation and supplier claims)
- Prepare Business Plan updates (BP, JU, NU & LT)
- Accounts Payable oversight (supplier Jabil)
- Indirect PO management (eMP)
Qualifications
Education:
- University degree in related field
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in Finance with strong accounting skills
- Supply chain experience is a plus
- Ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required.
- Individual must also work well independently, take ownership and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Problem solving skills, critical thinking and give recommendations
- Proactive behavior, communicative and technically strong
Preferred
- Advanced skills in SAP
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $61,000 to $97,750.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. · Please use the following language:
