ACCESS SPECIALIST
Location.: Bratislava, Slovakia
PART TIME JOB
Support market and patient access activities for company´s key brands based on commercial strategies by leveraging pricing, data and other economic expertise / techniques.
Ensures timely delivery of high-quality data, pricing and further economic analysis and contribute with strong core messaging based on key economic data outcome for national and local stakeholders, creating positive and compelling commercial opportunities for the company’s products.
Plays a specialist role as part of the HEMAR (Health economic and market access) team through high level of economic expertise and sharing of experience.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Pricing, Economic analytics and other databases management.
- Own pricing and data internal management, design and develop economic models and strategic perspective to create positive and compelling commercial opportunities.
- Data Governance. Maintain all internal pricing and economic databases up to date and prepare different analysis for strategic decisions of core value teams, market access and management. Maintains pricing services throughout products lifecycle in corporate pricing tools and based on external legislative requirements.
- Performs local initiatives/analysis on price & reimbursement calculations, pricing strategies, and market trends; produces reports health trend data.
- Review, critique and adapt global/EMEA economic models and corporate JnJ pricing and data tools for Slovak business needs.
- Leverage health economic, pricing and data evidence knowledge and techniques to complete core team’s objectives.
- Proactively engage with key experts, academics and payers to build a keen awareness of customer needs, speak the customer’s language and deliver projects that leverage customer insights, add value and meet customer needs.
- Maintaining Technical/Expert Knowledge & Support Access strategies for allocated products through different pricing and data analysis
Relationships and represent internally with all relevant areas/departments and CE/EMEA / Global HEMAR
- Act as the HEMAR expert on the core teams, European Centers of excellence, HEMAR functional network, Pricing functional networks and new product development colleagues to ensure the free flow of information and ideas, while aligning objectives & contributing to product strategy development for appointed brands
- Leverage health economic expertise and techniques and evidence generation expertise to complete CVT objectives and proactively deliver technical solutions including customer focused health economic tools
- Develop and generate data and tools that continually strengthen the value proposition.
- Influence Global/EMEA health economic & evidence generation development plans through on-going proactive interaction with the EMEA/Global stakeholders, including the European Centre of Excellence (CoE) and EMEA functional Network to ensure SVK stakeholders evidence requirements are met.
- Maintains relationships with colleagues in CE/EMEA, Global to ensure that synergies in Data & pricing strategy can be leveraged and best practice shared.
Qualifications
Essential knowledge and skills:
§ Individual contributor, who works independently with moderate supervision.
§ Economic or health economics background
§ Experience/Skills to work with different databases/market analysis (ability to work with robust databases)
§ Experience/Skills in pricing and economic modeling
§ Analytic, Numeric and overall strategic thinking
§ High level of PC skills
§ Fluent English & Slovak
§ Communication competences
§ Flexibility, Consistency, Accuracy, Responsibility
§ Ability to plan, coordinate and anticipate.

For this position we are offering an annual gross salary starting at 13 200 EUR (excl. variable component).
Depending on your skills, qualifications and experience this can be negotiated.
