Purpose of the Job:

To work with the Senior Commercial Compliance Manager CEEMA, Health Care Compliance Team and other Compliance support functions to ensure that the AMET Vision businesses are able to function and grow in an ethical and legal manner without compromising its effectiveness or efficiency.

This will be achieved through the development and implementation of programs, which will deliver compliant behavior and initiatives. All work will be directed by the Senior Commercial Compliance Manager, CEEMA or EMEA Commercial Compliance Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day compliance requests/and associated administrative processes.
  • Administration to include, but not limited to, approval of relevant HCC requests in accordance to HCC
  • SOP’s, contracts for fee for services for Health Care Professionals, proof of service follow up and reconciliation for total cluster and cross border checks on CBI tool.
  • Controlling and payment confirmation - ARIBA.
  • Support Senior Compliance Manager in implementing CC trainings; new staff, new SOPs; materials to support the business.
  • Supporting the business with the TPI Due Diligence process in the FIRST system.
  • Develop and monitor a TPI inventory and ensure all background checks and approvals are completed.
  • MedTech Transparency reporting
  • Ensure up to date HCC contracts are used working with HCCO and Legal.
  • Stay up to date on local MOH and local regulations (Turkey) and MedTech Europe.
  • MOH submissions (Turkey) Invoice declaration/disclosure, event cancellations.
  • Evaluate business needs and requests according to the HCBI guide.
  • Answer basic compliance questions from the business, initially with the support of the Senior Commercial Compliance Manager.
  • Liaise with relevant HCCO’s to ensure HCC processes are complete in a timely manner.
  • Support the business with Due Diligence processes.
  • Maintain training attendance records.
  • Document unplanned deviations.
  • Work with the Compliance manager to develop and maintain systems to monitor training and the effectiveness of the compliance program across the business.
  • Assisting Compliance Manager in market compliance reviews/audits and quarterly monitoring process
  • Support Senior Commercial Compliance Manager with providing documentation for any HCC, Privacy, Business audits.
  • Review any management action plans with Senior Commercial Compliance Manager and identify ways to action and implement.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Healthcare sector experience is a "nice to have"
  • Abilities and experiences as an individual contributor, part of a diverse regional/global team
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Collaborative attitude across organization
  • Experience with MS Office programs as well as project management
  • Fluency in Turkish & English
