E2E SOLUTIONING AND ENVIRONMENTS MANAGEMENT SR. MANAGER

Johnson & Johnson are currently seeking a n E2E Solutioning and Environments management, Senior Manager to join our Johnson & Johnson Technology division. This position is hybrid or remote depending on the location of the candidate.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: E2E Solutioning and Environments management for Global Finance (Finance SAP4Hana, Anaplan, Data Hub, etc)


Role and Responsibilities:


1. E2E SOLUTIONING


  • Review solution architecture proposed by Technical Product Owners for Global Finance platforms and provide recommendations and best practices for solution architecture.
  • Ensure that E2E integrations are considered for the design of Global Finance solutions.
  • Lead Solution review boards: Design review board and Solution review board. Ensure that new demands for changes in Global Finance solutions are processed on time and with high-quality solution review.
  • Partner with providers of Global Finance platforms (e.g. SAP, Anaplan, HighRadius) and system integrators (e.g. Deloitte, Accenture and others) to present solution architecture best practices to the Global Finance Technical Product Owners community.
  • Enable accurate and up-to-date documentation of solution architecture for Global Finance platforms in LeanIX and Confluence.
  • Enable accuracy of solution architecture documentation for Global Finance transformation programs for purposes of planning of E2E testing, program audits and compliance reviews, onboarding of new program team members etc.
  • Prepare the reporting for E2E solutioning, drive continuous improvement of solution architecture.

2. ENVIRONMENTS MANAGEMENT


  • Map integration with boundary systems in scope for Global Finance transformation programs (e.g. list of WRICEFs for integration of SAP S4H with Workday, SAP Ariba, Open Text etc).
  • Define a strategy for environments to be used for testing of integrations with boundary systems for Global Finance transformation programs.
  • Enable availability and readiness of data and environments of boundary systems for E2E testing for Global Finance transformation programs (e.g. data and environments availability for Open Text for E2E testing with SAP S4H).
  • Define and mitigate the risks linked to the availability and readiness of integration with boundary systems in scope of Global Finance transformation programs.

Qualifications

Requirements:


  • Master’s degree in the field of Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • 10 years+ of experience with implementation and maintenance of Finance solutions (SAP ERP, Anaplan, HighRadius, Blackline etc).
  • 3 years+ of experience with complex integrations of Finance solutions with Supply Chain, Commercials, Procurement, HR platforms (e.g. integration of SAP S4H with Workday, SAP Ariba, Open Text etc).
  • Experience with 1+ full cycle of S/4 HANA implementation for Finance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, and advanced presentation skills.
