Location: Warsaw or Prague 

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

◾ JnJ Vision Portfolio Management

◽ Shaping marketing strategy and implementation of the plan for the Medical Devices Division, Vision Care (contact lenses and consumer eye health portfolio) and Surgical Vision (Intraocular Lenses & equipment) to customers, consumers, patients and Eye Care Professionals (optometrists, ophthalmologists, surgeons) via distributors. 

◽ Management of the overall portfolio, multichannel marketing plans, new product launches, advertising, messaging, PR.

◽ Acting as a liaison between EMEA marketing team and distributors by providing regular updates on branding, strategies and insight, feedback related to key activities outcomes and related trainings,

◽ To be part of local copy clearance approval flow for each of the covered market,

◽ Working closely with RA team for local labels, packages, and product registration implementation,

◾ Customer Insights, and Data-driven Marketing Strategy

◽ Building the data strategy for key markets together with distributors.

◽ Deep dive analysis of consumer & patient journey, available consumer/patients research and studies   

◾ Multichannel Experience Management

◽ Create, design, and execute campaigns leveraging a variety of different channels to build Multichannel Experience through greater connectivity with consumers, patients and customers throughout the marketing funnels and across channels,

◽ Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities.

Qualifications

We would love to hear from YOU, if you have: 

Master’s degree
Min. 5 years of experience in marketing, omnichannel marketing, preferably in pharma / medical device industry
Fluency in English 
Proven experience in digital, e-commerce & trade role with understanding of consumer/patient behavior;
Proven experience in shaping and implementing marketing strategies and tactics in cooperation with distributors;
Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deliver to tight deadlines;
Ability to cooperate with following stakeholders: commercial managers, professional education manager, finance manager, distributors, Eye Care Professionals;
Interest in technology and evolution of the websites;
Problem solving ability;
Strong cross-function collaboration skills
