Janssen Research & Development, LLC., a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of companies is recruiting for a Spring Co-Op in the Clinical Supply Chain Organization.

This individual contributor will work with a Manager, Trial Supply Lead and will be responsible for executing the pack & label plan and distribution activities of patient kits to meet First-Patient-In (FPI) date and consistently meet Successful Patient Dose target throughout the lifecycle of a J&J clinical trial. 

With guidance, manages the set-up activities required to meet First-Patient-In date of clinical trials. 

Develops excellent working relationships with the other groups within Clinical Supply Chain. 

Utilizes business tools to set and actively manage inventory targets at depots and sites with minimal overage of clinical supplies.


This individual must have:
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate clearly in both written and oral forms. 
•    Ability to work independently with some coaching
•    Ability to multi-task and manage complexity
•    Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

For those with Business Discipline:

The anticipated base pay range for this position is Sophomore $20/hr, Junior $21.25/hr, Senior $22.50/hr, Master’s degree $27.50/hr.

 For those with Technical Discipline:

The anticipated base pay range for this position is Sophomore $22.75/hr, Junior $24.50/hr, Senior $26/hr, Master’s degree $29/hr.
