Job Description
- Campus Recruitment: Engage with HR and Business stakeholders to plan, lead and implement end-to-end campus recruitment on assigned sector/department.
- University Relations: Develop and manage partnerships with major domestic and international universities with a focus on healthcare related institutions.
- Program Management: Design and carry out student engagement programs include but not limited to online competition, online/offline campus talks, office visit, student club activities, etc.
- Candidate Experience Management: Enhance candidate experience through the whole recruitment process.
- Recruitment Marketing/Employer Branding: Lead and monitor the Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding efforts in Campus Recruitment, by leverage our social media platforms and internal/external platform/relations. Develop new initiatives to better showcase our EVP to prospective candidate and public.
- Pipeline Building: Build strong pipeline among targeted student groups.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners on assigned projects.
Calificaciones
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor and above degree
- Prior work experience on campus recruitment or employer branding /advertisement/ design is preferred.
- Goo d at relationship building and stakeholder management.
- Good communication skills on written and verbal bilingually (English & Chinese)
- Analytical and result driven.
