What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for realizing the planned production volume by controlling the safety, quality and efficacy of the production processes in a dedicated area. Leading a production team in that dedicated area, including coordinating a safe environment, the appropriate proficiencies, qualifications and quantity of operators in the teams.
  • Accountable for achieving production targets while maintaining cost controls.

What impact you will also have:

  • Leading and mentoring the operators in the production teams, including HR related activities such as performance reviews, hiring interviews, mentor and developing individual team members;
  • Enabling support of activities cross functional with QA, PPD and Technical services;
  • Giving input to, and supports opportunities for improvement on all areas;
  • Controlling that execution of the work is done according to the standard procedures and or regulations, as well as in accordance with the safety, quality, hygiene and overall well-being company standards based on key-performance indicators:
  • Being responsible for the shift handover and advise the daily performance meeting with relevant data;


We would love to hear from you if you have the following crucial requirements:

  • Bachelor educational level of working and thinking.
  • Experienced in Supervisor roles.

Required knowledge, skills, abilities, certifications/licenses, and affiliations;

  • ≥3 years-experience in GxP environment including knowledge of relevant GMP, ISO 13485 and ISO14001
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language (verbal and written)
  • Leader mentality who is able to manage relationships at various levels in the organization, and mentors team members in their development.
  • Able to work in shifts (night/morning/afternoon)
