Position Summary
- Developing SFE Guidance, designing incentive scheme, assist in the target setting process, business analysis, and customer classification
Responsibilities
- Design sales force deployment that complies with Regional SFE guidelines, and optimizes investment of resources according to business potential
- Establish SFE monitoring systems (including CRM) correlating potential for business, investment of activities & results achieved with reporting and dashboard
- Establish processes for monitoring company, promoted product and message recall to ensure core message delivery and competitive share of voice/mind
- Review SFE KPI metrics to ensure compliance with SEA SFE guidelines and consult with BU Head on remedial action required
- Design the sales force incentive modelling and scheme, ensuring compliance with SFE guidelines and the J&J Code of Conduct
- Establish an SFE Project Team to develop SFE strategy and ensure comprehension and implementation of guidelines
- Conducting regular reviews with Commercial Teams on SFE KPI, sales performance and productivity
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure the development of sales team in by conducting foundation trainings such as SFE KPI, onboarding, and CRM system training.
- Ensure universal customer database is in place profiling customers against potential & adoption for business

Calificaciones
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any field, preferably Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Economy, Business Administrative or similar area of study
- Minimum 2-4 years of successful track record in sales/marketing/business analyst/IT, with 2 years in sales management
- English proficiency, Analytical, experienced trainer, interpersonal and management skills, computer proficiency
