• Supply management
• Integrate all independent and dependent Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API)/Bulk/FP
requirements, develop proper/stable purchase plan and production plan;
• Follow up daily sales progress and forecast adherence, make supply plan change timely, quick
response market change;
• Escalation and follow up supply issue; Coordinate with local stakeholders (Production, Quality,
Engineer, Purchase etc.)
• Responsible for developing & executing simulations, reports and presentations to support
management decisions on asset / product level for the Supply Review Meeting (SRM).
• 供应管理
• 整合所有的API/Bulk/FP 需求，制定合适、稳定的采购计划和生产计划。
• 跟进每日销售进展及预测的执行情况，确保及时调整供应计划，快速响应市场变化。

• 在供应回顾会上，负责提供和执行相关的模拟、报告、展示等来帮助管理层做出关于资产，产品等
层面的决定。
库存管理Inventory Management:
• Drives Raw Materials and Work In Process, Inventory Planning and ensures best use of plant
capacity to optimize investment and meet demand and inventory goals.
• Develop annual business plan for departmental expenses as well as production plans for mfg.
sites that meet demand and inventory expectations. Ensure business plan attainment.
• Plans inventory according to requirements, to meet both customer service and inventory targets.
Provides inventory projections and analyzes actuals versus the projections.
• Leads identification of inventory management opportunities that improve profitability through cost
reduction, cost avoidance, and process improvements on a cross functional basis;
• Preparing special reports, statistics and graphs used to analyze data
• 推动原材料的生产制造，库存的规划，确保合理平衡工厂产能，在优化成本的同时去满足市场需求
和库存目标。
• 制定部门费用的年度计划，西安工厂的生产计划，以满足市场的需求和库存目标的预期，来确保公
司业务目标的达成。
• 根据需求制定库存计划，以满足客户服务和库存目标。提供库存预测，并就实际情况与预测作出对
比分析。
• 通过降低成本，避免花费，跨部门流程的优化等寻找库存管理的机会点，提高公司的盈利。
• 提供用于数据分析的报告，统计数据和图表。
详细生产计划Detail Scheduling management
• Cross function cooperation, develop monthly production schedule and output plan, good balance
with capacity utilization and demand requirement; Mornitor plan attainment;
• Follow MPS, split monthly production plan to daily detail production schedule. host detail schedule
meeting, get alignment with key function. Mornitor schedule attainment. Make quick and
necessary change for schedule exception issue;
• Sign off and review all requirement file, including production order execution SAP system/
Barcode system/ documentation system operation and file.
• Involve new technology tools utilized into detail scheduling.
• 跨部门合作，制定月度生产计划和产量计划，良好的平衡产能利用率和客户需求，并监控计划的达
成。
• 跟进主生产计划，将月度生产计划分解为每日详细生产计划，主持计划会议，与相关部门达成一
致，监控生产计划的达成。对进度异常问题，进行快速的响应和必要的调整。
• 签署和审核相关的文件，包括SAP 系统生产订单的执行，条码系统，文件系统的操作和相关文件。
• •将新的技术工具应用于详细生产计划的制定。
报告和主数据信息的维护Report & Material master data Maintain
• Complete SAP system data maintenance and routine report exactly and timely.
• Draft and follow up monthly production plan and weekly production schedule, co-ordinate with the
relative departments to ensure the procurement and production plan being carried out smoothly.
• 及时准确的维护SAP 系统数据和例行报告。
• 起草并跟进月度生产计划和周生产计划，与相关部门合作，确保采购及生产计划的顺利执行。
推进持续改进 Drive Continue Improvement:
• 通过推动计划与主数据流程的持续改善，与工厂、生产相关的合作伙伴一起识别与推进供应链交
付、成本、可靠性的持续改善。
• Drives continuous improvement to improve planning and master data processes within the plant
and partners with manufacturing to help identify and drive improvements on delivery, cost, and
reliability.
合规管理Compliance management
• Follow up GMP, EHS and Finance related MAP, CAPA, COC, NC, comply with environmental,
safety and industry hygiene regulations and J&J requirements.
• Know all position-related requirements for environmental, safety and industry hygiene, and comply
with all these requirements.
Calificaciones
Successfully completed studies in engineering sciences (e.g. engineering, logistics, supply chain or medical
engineering)
• Relevant internships, first experiences in logistics
• Experience abroad is an advantage
• Very good English skills

RELATED EXPERIENCE:相关经验
• 4+ years of related experience in Mfg and/or Logistics, Preferable within the health care industry or FMCG industry.
• 4 年以上生产制造或物流相关的工作经验，医疗保健或快消行业优先。

DEGREE: 学位：
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. Advanced degree is preferred.
