Introduction and Overview
Working as an Acuvue Account Manager for Johnson & Johnson Vision is all about partnering with our customers. With motivating sales targets, you work towards building relationships and partnerships between our company and the owners of optical stores, opticians and store staff. The position is in Norway and the geographic districts covered by the Account Manager are with your base from home in Oslo or surrounding areas. You will be travelling with overnight stay of around 50% of your working time and will cover both nearby area as distanced area through Face to Face meetings and virtual meetings.

The role is a fix termed contract for 18 months.
Objectives of the Position
You are responsible for the development and growth of your region´s sales. You are accountable for the implementation of our sales strategy, planning, follow up on customer and sales activities and the development of customers and the business in your region.
You will join a team of 6 Account Managers that covers the rest of Nordic North and a Nordic team with the head office based in Stockholm. You will primarily be working in the field spending 80% of your time visiting optical outlets. The right candidate therefore feels comfortable structuring their own workday and stay in contact with their colleagues over Phone/Teams and e-mail. You report to the Area Sales Manager, Nordics North.
- Education, Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent
- Experience of Sales (prior industry – or FCMG sales experience is a merit but not a requisite)
- Norwegian proficient and English sophisticated is a must
- Drivers license
