Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Total Rewards Manager, North America (New Consumer Health Company). This position will be in New Brunswick, NJ. 

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $87,000 to $150,650

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals.     

It is anticipated that, following the conclusion of the transaction, this position may be conveyed with New Consumer Health. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to the successful candidate by New Consumer Health at an appropriate time and would be subject to any necessary consultation processes.   

Responsibilities: 

  • The Total Rewards Leader, North America is responsible for compensation, benefits strategy, and design  

  • Provides strategic business support and implements solutions to enable the business to achieve its talent and growth objectives 

  • Provide compensation & benefits leadership for North America including but not limited to local compensation and benefits program design and implementation, health & welfare, perks, leaves, and disability, as well as broad base compensation including restructurings, retention, year-round compensation planning, and job leveling 

  • Partner with business leaders, HR, and Global Services to develop and deploy total reward solutions that drive outcomes for the business and are linked to NCHC’s overall Total Rewards strategy 

  • Provide proactive & strategic business support – understanding key business challenges and opportunities and proactively providing solutions to enable the North American region to achieve its growth objectives 

  • Lead change and communication strategies for our rewards programs that are tailored to the HR community, leadership and employees 

  • Reports to the Regional Head of Total Rewards North America  

Calificaciones

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree is required 

  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive Total Rewards experience in Compensation, Benefits, and Pensions, including design, implementation and/or management of Total Rewards programs and processes 

  • Must be able to operate as an agile leader adept at understanding and appreciating regional/country differences 

  • Experienced in shaping solutions, with strong communication and collaborative partnership skills  

  • Relationship management, coaching, and collaborative skills, with leaders at all levels 

  • Must have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and daily planned and unplanned operational activities 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; formal presentation and facilitation skills are required 

  • Must be able to maintain confidential information 

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% 

Preferred Competencies: 

  • Healthcare or related industry experience  

  • CEBS, or similar certification is preferred 

  • Experience with continuous improvement and quality, such as Six Sigma or Lean Methodology
