Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for the Head of Reporting Analytics & Organanizational Enablement (New Consumer Health Company). This position will be in New Brunswick, NJ.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals.    

It is anticipated that, following the conclusion of the transaction, this position may be conveyed with New Consumer Health. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to the successful candidate by New Consumer Health at an appropriate time and would be subject to any necessary consultation processes.  

Responsibilities: 

  • The Head of Reporting Analytics and Organizational Enablement is responsible for advising the Global Head of Workforce Intelligence on the development of a strategic vision and execution of a roadmap for human capital data, digital business enablement, workforce analytics, insights, and the application of advanced analytics 

  • Drive the organizational enablement strategy and predictive workforce analytics strategy, ensuring it aligns with the organizational vision and goals 

  • Engage with the HR, IT, HR Technology teams, and business leaders to understand organizational strategy, leverage organizational data investments, and incorporate these needs into strategy 

  • Lead a team of data analysts, data scientists, IO psychologists, and developers, providing various analytics solutions to enable self-service diagnostic reporting to address business-identified talent issues  

  • Responsible for developing and applying an advanced analytics model, overseeing data analysis by applying data modeling protocols, predictive data analysis methodologies, and statistical processes to identify the current state and develop actionable insights that will compel specific business and HR decisions 

  • Direct the organizational enablement and analytics processes with an outside-in view, while raising the bar on how data can be leveraged within the function for maximum value, ultimately enhancing business impact on its people  

  • Expand on existing HR data and analytics investments deepening the capabilities of the HR team, influence the data architecture design, and implement end-to-end solutions 

Calificaciones

Position Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Financial Analysis, Statistics, or related critical thinking discipline; Advanced degree preferred 

  • Minimum of 8 years of professional work experience in roles requiring data quantitative analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision-making with a successful track record of effectively solving business challenges 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience hiring, managing teams, mentoring, and developing talent 

  • Ability to operate at a strategic level with senior leaders, translating vision into reality and remaining tactical on a day-to-day basis, ultimately driving operational excellence 

  • Experience in leading organizations through strategic planning, investment projects, and change management with an emphasis on engaging customers and a focus on process improvement 

  • Proven business acumen, project management skills, successful collaboration with colleagues, and strong data analytic ability 

  • Demonstrated success in improving the user experience for employees and managers 

  • Demonstrated ability to provide practical, solution-driven initiatives that quickly add value to the business 

  • Maintain credibility and be a trusted advisor to senior leadership 

  • Result-driven mindset, with the ability to tackle and navigate complex issues in order to successfully counsel the business as it pertains to human capital priorities 

  • Proven success with relationships building, and being skilled in your ability to influence others to act in the absence of authority 

  • Possess the ability to lead functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-impact solutions with enthusiasm for new data programming technologies and statistical models 

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to concisely explain complicated concepts to stakeholders comprising senior leadership and technical/ non-technical partners, by serving as a "translator" to ensure that both areas achieve their desired outcome 

  • The ability to travel both domestically and internationally 20% of the time

Preferred Competencies: 

  • Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related discipline 

  • Experience with data visualization techniques 

  • Analytic Acumen, with the ability to use data to generate insights and enable evidence-based decision making 

  • Business Minded with the ability to utilize business and market insights to support, advise and identify solutions 

  • Digital Champion, is able to embrace and foster a digital mindset by encouraging the use of technology 

  • HR Operational Planning and Organizing, able to institute the steps necessary to implement objectives that once agreed upon, enable the organization to achieve its strategic goals 

  • Impact Management, with the ability to focus on the dynamic relationship between the organization and society, while striving to make a positive impact on the world 

  • Focuses on enhancing corporate performance, while improving the lives of every stakeholder, including consumers, suppliers, investors, employees, and the community 

  • Believes that the business has a higher purpose than merely generating a profit 

  • Display Leadership Behavior by exhibiting a set of moral principles such as integrity, honesty, professionalism, and respect 

  • Self-aware, passionate, authentic, democratic, and instills trust in their capability to lead the organization 

  • Organizational Change Management and Implementation; effects change in an organization using applicable techniques  

  • Manage the transition from the current to desired state within the organization 

  • Strong Strategic and Tactical Planning ability; being able to devise systematic long- and short-term initiatives in order to attain goals 

  • Possess a Talent Mindset, with the ability to design and incorporate Human Resource practices that effectively attract, develop, advance, and retain talent to achieve strategic goals
