We are looking for a sharp and passionate Data analyst to Join our excellent BI team.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Mining and analyzing data to optimize and improve business processes
  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting datasets from various sources.
  • Developing and validating predictive models to forecast performance and enhance customer experiences, revenue generation, and other business outcomes.
  • Creating processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
  • Designing comprehensive BI dashboards and reports to visualize data insights, trends, and forecasts, ensuring that stakeholders can easily interpret findings.
  • Coordinating with various functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management, Economics or similar.
  • At least 5 years proven experience as a BI Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong proficiency in BI tools Excel, Power BI - must have. SQL, Python - an advantage
  • Fluent English
  • Strong ability of understanding Business strategy
  • Team player with leadership capabilities, e xcellent communication skills and s ervice oriented.
  • Commitment, enthusiasm and “Can do” attitude
  • Effective execution skills
  • Directing an analytics initiative from ideation through production and adoption.
