Collaborate with maintenance team, project & equipment qualification team to
ensure that all electrical and automation systems are maintained and operated
according to site procedure (SOP/WI), related industry standards and
regulations.
Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program for electrical
and automation equipment, focusing on preventive and predictive maintenance
strategies.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and automation issues, ensuring
minimal downtime.
Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and develop corrective
actions to prevent recurrence.
Support engineering team for new projects implementation, handover and
subsequent maintenance strategy development.
Train and mentor junior maintenance staff, sharing technical knowledge and
best practices.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends related to
electrical systems and automation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, automation engineering, or a related
field.
Minimum [3-5] years of experience in pharmaceutical equipment of both
formulation and packaging areas, Knowledge in the production process and
equipment operation.
Broad understanding of equipment management and maintenance, compliance,
GMP, EHS, and other regulatory standards
Strong knowledge of PLC control, DCS control systems, field instruments and
industrial electrical systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work
effectively in a team environment.
English skills: Fluent in written, listening, reading and spoken English
Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP, etc.) and TPM implementation
experience are a plus.
Qualifications
Preferred Skills:
Experience with digital solution development, data analysis tool utilization and
process control system upgrade.
Knowledge of electrical and mechanical safety standards and practices (e.g.,
GBT-13869, IEC 60204-1 standards).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
