Role: Strategic Business Insights & Analytics Manager – Arthroplasty

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

  • Gather market, portfolio and customer insights. Design and implement specific insights, tools and analysis to support the achievement of Business Plans for the Hip & Knee Portfolios. Support internal AOA, MTAA, other data refresh and update requirements.
  • Manage dynamic and procedure-based forecast for product portfolios through regular review of sales trends, KAPs and market intel. Share Backorder and supply chain updates with sales team.
  • Review, analyse and manage kit and inventory. Provide optimisation suggestions in collaboration with asset management team. CapEx and PLM tracking, input/update ownership. Support editing and creating BOMs, AIRs and Picture Lists as required.
  • Coordinate repairs and servicing of capital equipment including but not limited to: traction tables, VELYS, VHN, Kincise, Navigation including collaboration with asset management team, supply chain team, support ordering part.
  • Coordinate repair process with warehouse managers and VELYS service engineer team. Copy Approval and ongoing showpad asset management support. Capital equipment contract tracking and support. GIR, SPR and CRM support.
  • Contributes to compliance with both corporate and regulatory standards. Manage business and division within Credo and ethical standards. Behaviour displayed reflects J&J Business Conduct Standards. Visibly supports and coaches on company policies on Health, Safety and Environment.
  • Contributes to the achievement of company health and safety goals through division development and coaching on driving behavior, compliance with health and safety policies and encouraging safety awareness both for individual and team situations. Leads by example.
  • Expected to show initiative but will work closely and receive guidance from Marketing teams and Supply Chain/Asset Management.

Qualifications

About you:

  • Preferred minimum education: Tertiary qualifications at Degree level
  • Preferred area of study: Business or Science discipline
  • Preferred related industry experience: Healthcare
  • Other qualifications: Post graduate qualifications (MBA) are an advantage
  • Medical Devices/Technology preferred. Highly analytical, expert in data analysis and Microsoft excel
