Position summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Excellence & SAP Superuser to strengthen the QA Parenterals Team in improvement and cycle time reduction projects, digitalization projects, maintenance of dashboards and SAP superuser function. The opportunity to work with cross function teams on exciting projects and never lose sight of quality is what makes this position so exciting.


Responsibilities:

Key aspects of that role are:

  • Being the SAP QA superuser including the oversight of the access management
  • Technical support of SAP master data management e.g. during New Product Introduction
  • Strong Partner of business excellence Improvement and Cycle Time reduction Projects at the site
  • Drive Cost improvement projects within QA Parenterals
  • Provide and maintain dashboards to facilitate planning within QA and with stakeholders
  • Digitize and automate manual processes within QA
  • Drive innovation within QA e.g. via implementing new opportunities using e.g. KI
  • Understanding and improvement of E2E quality processes to position quality as strong partner to achieve business goals

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • A Masters’s Degree in engineering, physical, biological, natural sciences or another related field is required.
  • Professional experience of at least 5 years in a GMP-regulated environment, preferably in the field of quality assurance, is an advantage.
  • Knowledge and experience in quality management and processes, project management, SAP functions, applications and attitudes towards products and processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Excellent computer skills, e.g. MS Office, SAP, Tableau, Power BI.
  • Excellent analytical skills to identify root causes of problems and to develop and implement a solution.
  • Independent working style and resilience required to deal positively and flexibly with challenges.
  • German language: Working proficiency
