THE OPPORTUNITY

At J&J, we believe that life should be filled with movement, comfort and freedom. The role provides leadership on inventory management and expertise for designated customers and internal JJMT team. The role will support wound closure in designated customer accounts with suture education where required & excellent customer service.



RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Co-develop and drive the value proposition of MyShelf to customers to secure business in key accounts.
  • Acknowledge receipt of count from Internal and external customers.
  • Check all parameters of the order process for accuracy.
  • Follow up questionable count data with customers.
  • Partner with Product Specialists to identify opportunities, deliver and support on Key Account Plans.
  • Protect the Wound Closure business as defined by the business strategy.
  • Proactively build and develop relationships with Clinical stakeholders.

Qualifications

ABOUT YOU

  • Preferred minimum education: Tertiary Business or related qualifications are preferred.
  • Preferred area of study: Post graduate qualification in business, health Science or related discipline.
  • Preferred related industry experience

Management of Stock in Hospital environments

Other qualifications: Software literacy experience with Excel, Word, MS Outlook.

Drivers License.

  • Inventory Management preference in Device or Pharmaceutical sales.

Previous customer service roles or sales roles are also ideal.
