Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting Summer Interns for our Integrated Data Analytics and Reporting (IDAR) Summer Intern Training Academy! We are recruiting for the following departments: Clinical and Statistical Programming (C&SP). The position is for university students who will be entering their sophomore, junior, or senior year after the summer.

We are seeking highly motivated candidates to join our Summer Intern Training Academy. The Academy is a premier training program focused on developing and inspiring talent considering a career in pharmaceutical research and development. You can gain hands-on experience and help advance our medicines in development at Janssen! Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.

Please indicate your department of interest from the following:

  • As an intern in the C&SP department, you have the opportunity to plan, design, and develop statistical programs in support of clinical research analysis and reporting activities, or you have the opportunity to develop technology solutions to support C&SP. How you can make a difference: Apply your knowledge of data structures and programming languages (eg, SAS, R, and Python) to the analysis and reporting of our clinical trial data. Apply your technical skills to develop solutions to meet the business needs of C&SP.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now, or in the future (e.g., H1‑B).
  • Candidate must be actively enrolled in an accredited University for the duration of an intern assignment pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s and/or MBA.
  • Completion of Undergraduate Freshmen year at accredited University is required.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week.

Education Preferences:

Preferred fields of study are computer science, data science/data engineering, mathematics, or another relevant scientific field.

Payrates:

Technical Degrees:

The anticipated base pay for this position is Sophomore $25.00/hr, Junior $26.00/hr, Senior $28.00/hr, Master’s degree $33/hr.

Business Degrees:

The anticipated base pay for this position is Sophomore $22.00/hr, Junior $23.00/hr, Senior $24.00/hr, Master’s degree $30.00/hr.
