This individual will work to develop transformational digital strategies to drive customer experience aligned to insights and brand strategy for critical brands in the growing Janssen Oncology Portfolio. This individual will work closely with brand leadership, team members and strategic partners (CS&O, IT, digital, alliance partners, and creative agencies, and vendors) to provide a differentiated experience for HCPs focusing on issues like dose modification, managing AEs, adherence and safety/efficacy. This individual will contribute to our overall oncology portfolio solutions digital strategy to reimagine how we communicate and educate healthcare providers to supplement our traditional personal promotional approach with innovative, non-personal communication. This person will be responsible for identifying and creating innovative digital vehicles and work closely with brands to create strategically aligned, compelling, timely, and personalized content for Oncology stakeholders.
Position Description:
- Develop a deep understand of the interactions with healthcare providers in all stages of the hcp adoption continuum across multiple tumor types
- Lead xAI model updates, brand insight development, and execution translation
- Support / quarterback development and execution of new triggers and XAI refreshes
- Lead all aspects of JNJ DEP upgrades and execution
- Partner with Omni Ops to ensure updated tagging/taxonomy
- Partner with SIA to deliver monthly DEP reporting
- Participate in JET Core Team (enterprise level)
- Develop a cohesive strategy for development and delivery of innovative approaches and digital/omnichannel solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Identify, oversee, and translate key performance indicators to understand opportunities to optimize and expand offerings
- Support the development of leadership and key stakeholder updates on performance and findings
- Work with JET Program and Oncology Leadership to identify and build key external customer relationships with service providers, physicians, and other stakeholders to enable continuous improvement of digital inventions
- Work with Commercial Excellence (Insights/Analytics) to establish key performance indicators for digital experience and partner to evaluate performance / optimization opportunities.
- Own the collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to align on omnichannel program vision and key decisions to drive upgraded HCP omnichannel experiences
- Own omnichannel media spend as well as co-ownership of the media plan including omnichannel media vendor selection
- Work with CS&O (Insights/Analytics) to establish key performance indicators for omnichannel media investments and partner to evaluate performance / optimization opportunities.
- Drive leadership discussions on JET and omnichannel performance of awareness efforts and impact
- Manage creative selection/development through execution working across numerous internal and external stakeholders to drive omnichannel excellence:
- Work with agencies and promotional / regulatory and medical to ensure content aligned to compliance
- Lead all aspects of execution of key tactics from agency briefings, project management, review processes, operational mechanisms (such as tagging) and follow through to drive in market dates
- Provide operational support where necessary to execute aligned measurement framework
- Support development of communications to help educate and align internal stakeholders on the vision
- Partner with legal, compliance and regulatory to ensure solutions, strategies and tactics are compliant
Qualifications
- · A minimum Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing and sales is required.
- 2-3 years of omnichannel, digital experience, and agency experience required
- Demonstrated history of managing agency relationships and producing impressive work experience required
- Experience with cross channel, journey-based promotional execution preferred
- Excellent leadership, problem solving and management skills
- Ability to partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders at various levels
- Ability to connect the dots: Following recent advances in technology and analytics, understand critical success factors and generate experiences that truly address the need
- Experience in Healthcare is preferred
- Alliance experience is preferred
- Must be innovative, proactive, and strong analytically with excellent overall business acumen.
- Excellent overall business acumen and strong strategic and analytical skills coupled with risk tolerance to innovate new ways of digital communication.

This position requires up to 20% domestic travel, with limited international travel.
