Regional Franchise Planner ASPAC is responsible for carrying out regional demand & supply planning processes for Medical business in the region.
This individual will be responsible for ensuring timely product and instrument availability and coordinating with Global Plan and Cluster/Country Supply Chain teams to ensure attainment of aligned business goals and objectives.
This individual will be responsible for providing statistical forecast input, coordinating Demand/Supply handover with clusters Supply Chain teams, ensuring timely product and instrument availability by coordinating with Global Plan teams and weekly/monthly customer service updates.
Main accountabilities:
Regional Planning Activities
Coordinate and lead Demand/Supply handover with cluster/country supply chain teams
Coordinate with Global Plan for timely product availability/service levels in the countries and communicate availability information on a weekly basis.
Ensure business continuity by managing the supply disruptions and demand surges by ensuring timely escalation for significant supply disruptions. Maintains correct planning parameters to ensure efficient inventory in Regional Hub & Market DCs, and Engage in relevant projects which has potential impact on product availability, inventory and business continuity.
Handle the overall inventory levels and inventory health (Reduce slow and obsolete inventory)
Handle New Product Launches and support product life cycle management planning to appropriately balance availability and inventory risks, achieve inventory targets.
Responsible for Order Management and Planning Parameter review for ensuring product available for the franchise -country.
Improve KPI. Develop and implement corrective action plans
