Description

Job Purpose:

To provide consistent HR administrative and advisory practices across the country, supporting global teams from Hire to Retire using the Workday system and associated end-to-end processes.

Regularly review systems/processes/procedures for maximum efficiency and service level attainment.

Share knowledge to achieve best practices and resolve administrative issues quickly by educating global teams on local initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

Employee Life Cycle from Hire to Retire:

  • Manage, coordinate, and monitor regulatory pre-employment activities.
  • Lead the administration of HR processes (TR, Payroll-related, benefits and Contingent Workers) within the PXO model, ensuring efficiency and smooth operation.
  • Prepare and manage employment-related documents including validation of supporting documents and pre-hire documentation in local language.
  • Assist in the operation and implementation of cross-organizational HR processes, including employee onboarding, performance evaluations and feedback, employee training, etc.
  • Interface with global teams and external vendors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee support related to local initiatives.
  • Support Local General Services and Contingent Worker Process
  • Support and maintain effective working relationships with global teams, local HR council, Payroll, ERLR and finance teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree - mandatory. Preference for a degree in Behavioral Sciences/Social Sciences.
  • Master’s degree - an advantage.
  • years of experience in HR within a medium/large organization - mandatory.
  • Deep understanding of organizational processes from an HR perspective.
  • Experience building and working with reports and databases.
  • Excellent collaboration capabilities with various partners and ability to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong English oral and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to perform operational/administrative tasks.
  • Flexibility/adaptability/agility – ability to handle ambiguity.
  • Resilience – effectively solve repeated problems with a positive mindset.
  • Attention to detail; compliance and audit orientation.
  • Analytical skills - an advantage.
  • Familiarity with HR management software such as Workday, SFDC - an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within Israel to visit the different businesses
