As the Senior Manager FM Site Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting engineering management services for Janssen Ortho LLC. This outstanding opportunity allows you to lead projects and initiatives aimed at improving facilities, ensuring compliance, and reducing costs. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining flawless operations and delivering world-class services, making a significant impact on our organization's success!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for facilities services, ensuring optimum conditions and encouraged levels of service.
  • Financial management of Business Plan, and management of long range financial planning, based on the Asset Risk and Compliance structure.
  • Manage resources and influence team members to deliver on budget, quality, efficiency, and EHS requirements.
  • Lead IFM model organization structure and Governance, assuring supplier delivery of key performance indicators.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve facility performance and sustainability, ensuring consistent alignment with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to successfully implement engineering solutions.
  • Coordinate, monitor and report the maintenance, operation, and compliance of the facilities and related equipment.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of facilities professionals to achieve ambitious goals.

Qualifications

Education:

  • BBA/BSE or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field required.
  • MA/MBA in Engineering Management or a related specialization preferred.

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • A minimum of eight (8) years of related experience.
  • Proven experience in Facilities Management or Engineering roles.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale facilities and engineering projects.
  • Outstanding leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in facilities management software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Able to exercise judgment on the resolution of production problems to meet company standards for quality, cost, and critical success factors.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Registration as engineer/engineering license.
  • Project management certification.
  • Black Belt, Green Belt, or Yellow Belt Certification.
  • Certification in Facilities Management (CFM) or similar credentials.
  • Experience with sustainability and green building initiatives.

Other:

  • Must be bilingual; fluency in Spanish and English (both oral and written) is required
  • This position requires availability for traveling, working irregular shifts, working extended hours, and might be required to work on holidays and weekends.
  • Also, position requires work in the outside or exterior of facilities exposed to inclement weather and environmental conditions.
