The Product Manager, Market Development, Multiple Myeloma will support medical education strategies & execution to close knowledge and skill gaps associated with the Multiple Myeloma Portfolio of products. The Product manager will be an integral partner within our Multiple Myeloma Marketing organization with significant collaboration across our brand teams and across our commercial field teams.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Developing strategies and innovative tactics for peer to peer medical education to help advance the multiple myeloma portfolio.
Support development of enhanced medical education content for the Multiple Myeloma Portfolio
Lead copy approval process to gain approval on medical education content
Lead ad board and KOL steering committee execution and support insight dissemination to multiple functions including Sales, US Medical Affairs, Brand Marketing and Multiple Myeloma Marketing
The Product Manager must work closely with multiple functions including individual Franchise Marketing, Brand Marketing, Sales, Sales Learning & Development, Commercial Insights & Strategy, Medical Affairs, Copy Review Team, Health Care Compliance (HCC), Agency Partners, and outside vendors in order to effectively execute key commercial activities.
Qualifications
Required:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
A minimum of 5 years of work experience, with 2 years in marketing, sales, sales learning and development, healthcare professional, sales leadership and/or commercial insight strategy experience
Experience with project management
Healthcare experience or pharmaceutical industry knowledge
Ability to travel up to 25% which may include overnights and weekend travel.
Preferred:
Experience in Oncology
Sales, sales leadership or medical education experience is preferred.
