Our lo cal company expertise in driving best-in-class solutions in cardiac ablation, stroke care and intracardiac imaging. As an Operational Project Manager, you will have a vital role in supervising and guiding different projects within our Advanced R&D department. Utilizing your exceptional project management abilities, you will ensure seamless execution and successful completion of projects from beginning to end. This is an opportunity to contribute significantly to innovative technologies that have the potential to bring about transformative changes in the medical field.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all phases of the engineering implementation process, from initial planning and design through to execution and final handover.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables-(sub-contractors, suppliers, operations, finance) ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between our company and sub-contractors.
  • Oversee the preparation of engineering documents, plans, and schedules.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the vendor’s manufacturing capabilities and influence current and future product qualifications and loading decision.
  • Monitor project progress closely, intervening to address delays or other issues as needed.
  • Prepare detailed reports on projects status and present these to senior management, providing insights and action plans for ongoing or upcoming projects.
  • Lead problem-solving and troubleshooting efforts, providing technical and managerial guidance to resolve issues swiftly and effectively.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. in Industrial/Electrical engineering or a related field
  • Strong engineering background with business and operations proficiency
  • 5+ years of proven experience in managing multi-function activities as a project/program manager, preferably within the medical technology or healthcare industry
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of individuals
  • Ability to compete effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent English – reading, writing, and speaking
