This position sets the communication strategy for B2B2C. Develops and implements activities supporting J&J partners (offline & online) and sales team. This position is responsible for cooperation with logistic warehouse – labelling, diagnostic products and marketing materials storage.
E-commerce excellence:
Preparing the annual strategic marketing plan for top on-line customer for CZ and in collaboration with selected EU countries, working with local teams on strategic plans for this customer in those countries.
- Executing strategic plans for all included countries.
- Evaluating individual campaigns (executions), proposing improvements, and implementing them.
Preparing strategic marketing plans for local e-shops, their execution, and evaluation.
Trade Excellence
Preparing sell-in presentations and communication plans on a quarterly basis for salespeople, POS materials, etc.
Managing tailor made promotions for our customers
Teleservice – preparing scripts/presentations for Customer Service and evaluations.
Portfolio management: communication regarding discontinuations and changes with Sales Reps/CS/optical stores.
Logistics & Regulatory
Process approval and printing of product labels and usage instructions:
Communicating with regulatory and warehouse teams to ensure products are correctly labeled in compliance with legislation.
Diagnostic kits: communicating with the warehouse, ensuring the packaging process, and preparing the design and production of new kits.
Qualifications
University degree
C1 English speaking & writing (6-month experience abroad during studies is a plus)
Digital marketing experience: 3+years – planning, execution, improvements
o Planning and evaluation of campaigns
o Cooperation with e-shops
o Newsletter campaigns
Trade Marketing experience is a plus
o Cooperation with sales representatives
o Preparation of sales presentations….
