Campus Recruitment: Engage with HR and Business stakeholders to plan, lead and implement end-to-end campus recruitment on assigned sector/department.
University Relations: Develop and manage partnerships with major domestic and international universities with a focus on healthcare related institutions.
Program Management: Design and carry out student engagement programs include but not limited to online competition, online/offline campus talks, office visit, student club activities, etc.
Candidate Experience Management: Enhance candidate experience through the whole recruitment process.
Recruitment Marketing/Employer Branding: Lead and monitor the Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding efforts in Campus Recruitment, by leverage our social media platforms and internal/external platform/relations. Develop new initiatives to better showcase our EVP to prospective candidate and public.
Pipeline Building: Build strong pipeline among targeted student groups.
Collaborate with internal and external partners on assigned projects.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor and above degree
Prior work experience on campus recruitment or employer branding /advertisement/ design is preferred.
Goo d at relationship building and stakeholder management.
Good communication skills on written and verbal bilingually (English & Chinese)
Analytical and result driven.
